HALLOWEEN FUN...

Dad here's some pictures of the girls, so you can see the pumpkins we carved and the girls cute costumes!

We went to the Pumpkin Patch in Paragonah for our Anniversary with the girls, we didn't have much time to enjoy the Pumpkin Patch, because it was soon closing due to darkness!

We let the girls line up all of their options by the car, and by the time we were ready to pick out which ones we wanted it was too dark to see really. So, we ended up taking them all... which let everyone have two... and 5 little ones for the kitchen!
After we came home we had some homemade carmel apples, which were way to sweet... we used Gala apples instead of Granny Smith. Note to self, don't do that again!

Jocelyn's Mom (Grandma John) was coming through town to stay the night, because her last Aunt on her Mom's side had just passed away and she wanted to attend the funeral in Provo.... so Grandma John was in town for the night and the girls were all excited to go up and see her!

Haven could not get enough of Grandma John, Haven had noticed Grandma John putting on chapstick and it was over from that point. Haven would get it out of her jacket pocket and Grandma John would put it on her and then Haven felt comfortable enough to do this several times, even putting it on herself. It was the funniest thing to watch. Grandma John seemed like "no biggy" with Haven all over her. At one point Haven was even taking off her shoes to see if her toenails were painted... and Grandma let her, to show her, her cute toes were painted.

Love this picture!

Family Night Pumpkin Carving Night...

Haven scooping out the inside of the pumpkin.

Halle insisted on doing it all by herself and worked a long time scooping it all out!

Hope and Halle drew their design on the white board and Justin copied their idea with marker onto their pumpkins.

Then they poked around his lines...

and then carved with a little saw out his lines. Here's Halle's she wouldn't stop carving, which lead to the eyes, nose and mouth getting droopier and droopier! This was the first time she did it all on her own... it really did look creepy!

Hope's finished product... her first time also, doing it all by herself!

We tested them out in the kitchen before taking them outside... everybody's except Haven's pumpkin, we did gut it, but she just poked holes and colored on hers.

Justin's Pumpkin

My pumpkin

Justin's work had a potluck and everyone requested our sugar cookies, so we did it together making this time bats, pumpkins and ghosts! Justin really frosted them this time making them look really professional!

All dressed up for Hope's Halloween Carnival for school that was last Friday... Halle the Cowgirl!

Haven the Ballerina

Hope the Southern Belle

I was trying to stick with a "Southern" theme for Halloween, but all I could come up with for little Haven was a horse or cow to match her sisters... and I couldn't get myself to my buy one of those costumes and actually put her in it... after the cute costumes her sisters were wearing! So, she got to wear the first costume Justin and I bought for Hope when she was little... both Hope and Halle have been this Ballerina!

Saturday's Trick-or-Treating required warming up the costumes, so glad we didn't have any rain, since just a few hours before it was hailing... our first stop Grandma and Grandpa's where we met up with Jared, LeAnn, Kendi and Aydri!

Grandma had so much help answering the door... she ended up telling the girls they could do it all by themselves!

HOPE'S 7TH BIRTHDAY INVITATION...

Just thought I would post Hope's little Birthday invitation we made for her! I can't believe how she's growing up... I'm so proud of her and how she is becoming such a good little learner at school, I'm amazed at how she can read and spell so well! I love how she is such a great example to her sisters and friends, and is becoming such a awesome little soccer girl... really showing how she's a great sport! I LOVE YOU HOPE, YOU MEAN THE WORLD TO ME!

NEW PICS...

WE FINALLY GOT AROUND TO GETTING OUR PICTURES DONE BY JUSTIN'S SISTER JAELYN... SHE DID A GREAT JOB... I'M SO HAPPY SHE OFFERED TO DO THEM! SHE CAPTURED A LOT OF GREAT MOMENTS THAT I WILL ALWAYS CHERISH!!!

Hope and her big brown eyes...

Haven had many moods during this photo shoot... you name it we dealt with it... happy to sad, crying to laughing, tears to fear (of the thunder), scared (of the cows watching us and the dog barking) to tired (of pictures)!

Halle was Jaelyn's little model... she was such a trooper and was so good dealing with everything that was thrown at her (including Haven choking her from behind when we did pictures of the 3 girls together... wait until you see those), and I love the pictures Jaelyn got of her...

Especially this one... it's our favorite!

I can't believe how she's growing up and wow how her teeth are changing (her cute baby teeth are slowly disappearing into large ones that are three times the size of her baby teeth)!

Hope loves to pose and on her own did these serious faces...

Haven most of the time wouldn't let go of me... I realize just how much I hold her and it didn't help for pictures when I need to let go of her and that's not what she wants!

THE COOLEST PART WAS THAT ALTHOUGH THE STRESS OF THE CRAZY WEATHER, EMOTIONAL/SOMETIMES NON COOPERATING CHILDREN JAELYN JUST CAPTURED IT ALL... JUST THERE WITH US HAVING A GOOD TIME... THANKS SO MUCH FOR DOING THIS WITH US AND FOR US!

HOPE'S KINDERGARTEN PICTURES...

1st picture from the beginning of the year... (oh there's my little Hope, before she decided to grow up even faster)! Thought they were cute, but that I would try doing something more to her hair next time. Because, I curled her hair for this picture, but her hair is too long it gets cut off by the camera, so we decided to try re-takes...

And the teacher had her leave her jacket on...BOO, that's not the look I was going for! Haha... and it was too late to go back and choose the 1st set for class pictures. Moral of the story do NOT try re-takes when your picture is good to begin with, because they assume you don't like the 1st ones, that's why you are getting re-takes done!? I thought the whole point was to compare and then choose! I'm learning, though I still don't understand why they assume the 2nd ones automatically would be better!?

3rd picture, the end of year spring pictures... didn't know they usually did spring pictures! Notice that we chopped her hair (should have left the bangs out, so you could see even a bigger difference...) and more missing teeth and the whiter skin from being copped up all winter long! I'm glad the school does the spring pictures... this way you are able to see the changes from the beginning of the school year to the end!

I LOVE YOU HOPE YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!!!

DANCE PERFORMANCES AND EASTER TIME...

Dance Magic's Practice Preview at Canyon View Middle School... thanks for all the fam that came out!

I thought this was so cute... Haven fell asleep waiting for lunch on Easter Sunday! We were running a little late with lunch, because of conference being on and all the Easter excitement, that she tuckered out right before lunch was ready! She was waiting so patiently...

Grandma Jocey likes to do a little Easter egg hunt with the grand kids... this time it was inside, because of the cold weather...

Numbers are inside the plastic eggs that correspond to certain gifts that await in Grandma's basket! Thanks Grandma for your effort and fun times!

My Brother Tyson brought back some Easter gifts from my Mom... some extra large gifts awaited the kids from Grandma Glori! Thanks Momma for the thoughtful gifts, it means a lot!

We didn't get all dressed up on Easter Sunday, because of General Conference that is a day to stay in our pj's... so this was our attempt the next Sunday to get some cute Easter pictures of the girls!

Our Haven Joy Joy

Our crazy little Halle

Our Hope who is getting more emotional day by day!

Why do they have to grow up so fast?

My attempt at a family picture, boy was it sunny and windy!
